I began yoga to enhance my focus, mindfulness, and knee strength. The instructor’s ability to address the root cause of every concern, combined with her clear and calming guidance, makes each class a rejuvenating experience. I noticed positive changes within a week and now look forward to practicing daily.

Initially , I was hesitant to join the practices because of time and physical constraints. But now, I'm happy that I decided to join the sessions . These yoga exercises are very helpful to reduce both physical and mental stresses . I see a marked improvement in physical agility as well as mental state of mind after a few days of practicing. Above all, Anusha is a very patient and detail oriented teacher . She is very observant and guides and corrects very promptly. She also pays close attention to each learner individually and helps them to adapt well. I can see the improvement in my well being as well as my endurance levels , helping me to be more physically active.
